Terms of Service
Beta terms — free beta, no paid features. Plain language.
1. The service
TrueSight is a competitive Call of Duty Mobile tournament and rankings platform, currently offered as a free beta. Paid features are not available during the beta. The service is published by a non-professional publisher; contact for any request is legal@truesight.team. See the Legal Notice for hosting information.
2. Accepting these terms
By creating an account or using TrueSight you agree to these terms. When you complete onboarding we record your acceptance (the terms version and the date). If you don't agree, don't use the service. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
3. Age
You must be at least 15 years old to create an account (the age of digital consent under French data-protection law). You need a Discord account to sign in.
4. Your account
You're responsible for activity under your account and for the accuracy of the competitive identifiers you provide (CODM in-game name, UID). One person, one account — no smurfing or impersonation.
5. Acceptable use
No cheating, result manipulation, harassment, hate speech, or attempts to disrupt the platform (scraping, exploiting the API, or abusing the OCR/AI endpoints).
6. Mana (free virtual currency)
Mana is a free, in-platform virtual currency with no monetary value. It is earned only through free means (signup bonus, daily claim, platform rewards) and is never sold and never granted as part of any paid plan. Mana is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for money or goods. We may adjust, reset, or discontinue Mana at any time. Any predictions made with Mana are for entertainment only and are not gambling.
7. Public profiles & imported data
TrueSight maintains public player and team profiles. Some are created by our staff from publicly available competitive results (tournament brackets, scoreboards, published rosters) under our legitimate interest in maintaining a reliable competitive archive (GDPR art. 6.1.f). These "ghost" profiles contain competitive data only. If a profile is about you, you may claim it, or request its correction or deletion at any time via legal@truesight.team. 8. Bans, sanctions & moderation
We may suspend or ban accounts for cheating, toxicity, smurfing, fraud, or any breach of these terms, and may remove content that breaches them. You can appeal a sanction by writing to legal@truesight.team within 14 days.
9. Your content
You keep ownership of what you upload (screenshots, logos, team names). You grant TrueSight a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host and display that content solely for the purpose of operating the service (profiles, brackets, overlays, public pages).
10. Beta & availability
The service is provided "as is" during beta. Features may change or break and data may be reset. We aim for reliability but make no uptime guarantee during the beta.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, TrueSight is not liable for indirect damages, nor for losses arising from tournaments organized by third parties on the platform.
12. Third-party organizers
Tournaments are run by independent organizers. TrueSight provides the tooling; it is not a party to the competitive agreement between organizers and participants and does not guarantee prizes.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after an update means you accept it.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the courts having jurisdiction at the publisher's place of residence.
